GENERAL RESERVATION CONDITIONS
The tenant, signatory of the present contract, will not be able under any circumstances to prevail himself of any right with the maintenance in the places at the end of the period of hiring.
In case of cancellation up to 12 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, minus 15 euros (booking fees, even when offered). In case of cancellation between 12 & 6 weeks before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded, minus 15 euros. After this deadline, or after June 15, the sums paid will remain acquired with the campsite. In all cases, the reservation fees will be retained. We encourage our clients to take out cancellation insurance.
Camping Peyrelevade reserves the right to refuse access to groups or families arriving with a number of participants greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation or arriving with an animal not declared on their reservation.
RENTAL AND RESERVATION CONDITIONS PITCH
All rentals are non-smoking.
Bring cloths, towels and cleaning products.
The arrival times for rentals are from 16H00 to 19H30 on the first day and must be released between 8H30 and 10H00 on the last day.
The arrival times for the pitches are from 14:00 to 19:30 on the first day and must be vacated before 12:00 on the last day after that an extra day may be charged.
– The balance of the rental (mobile home or tent) will be paid at the latest one month before the beginning of the stay.
Rental deposit : Upon arrival, you will be asked for a deposit of 300 € via a pre-authorisation on your credit card (PLBS); this is returned during the week following your departure after your mobile home or tent has been checked. The cost of any eventual damage (broken glasses, plates, chairs, etc.) will then be deducted from the 300 €.
– You must notify us of any delay in your arrival, in order to keep your rental. The manager reserves the right to dispose of the site if it remains without news 24 hours after the expected arrival date.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Under Article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code of 2014-344, all the services and services offered by Camping Brantome Peyrelevade are not subject to the right of withdrawal provided for in Articles L.121-20 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
Consequently, the provision of hosting services ordered on the site are exclusively subject to the following cancellation conditions
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
1. Modification of your reservation
The Client may request the modification of his stay (dates and/or type of accommodation) upon written request to the campsite (letter or e-mail), subject to availability and possibilities. No carry-over will be accepted for the following season. In the absence of any modification, the Client must carry out his stay under the initial booking conditions or cancel it under the conditions of the cancellation insurance.
Any request to increase the duration of your stay will be made according to availability and according to the rates in effect.
Any request to reduce the duration of your stay is considered as a partial cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation and interruption of your stay terms and conditions.
2. Unused services
Any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) due to your fault will not give rise to a refund.
We keep a reserved pitch for 24 hours, from the expected date of your arrival, after this period, we will dispose of it. The sums paid will not be refunded.
In the event of a delay, the camper must inform the campsite.
3. Cancellation due to Camping Brantome Peyrelevade
In the event of cancellation due to Camping Brantome Peyrelevade, the sums paid will be fully refunded except in cases of force majeure. However, this cancellation may not give rise to the payment of damages.
4. Cancellation by the camper
Any cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing (registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt) to the establishment. In case of cancellation, you will be held back, or you will remain liable:
In the event of cancellation up to 12 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, less administrative costs. In the event of cancellation between 12 and 6 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded, less administrative costs. After this deadline, or after June 15, the sums paid will remain the property of the campsite. In all cases, the application fees will remain payable.
An additional insurance allowing you to obtain reimbursement of the sums paid in the event of cancellation meeting certain conditions is available. We strongly advise our customers to subscribe to it and they must subscribe at the time of the booking request and pay with the deposit.
• The rental can in no case benefit third parties, unless prior agreement of the owner.
• The tenant must ensure the peaceful character of the rental and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises.
• The rental or pitch will be allocated according to our schedule, taking into account the available model chosen on the date of your stay.
The preferences formulated at the time of reservation will be satisfied to the extent of availability, without incurring the responsibility of the campsite. They cannot be guaranteed or required.
STATE OF THE PREMISES, GUARANTEE DEPOSIT FOR RENTALS
An inventory of the premises will be made in the presence of the tenant and the owner (or his representative) at the beginning and at the end of the stay. This inventory is the only reference in the event of a dispute concerning the inventory of fixtures. The day of departure, this inventory is carried out, between 8:30 and 10:00, except prior agreement with the owner. The security deposit will be refunded to the tenant after the inventory of the day of departure, after deduction of any losses, damage or the cost of repairing the premises including cleaning. A fixed sum of 50€ will be retained, if the rental is not returned in perfect state of cleanliness. In case of early departure preventing the inventory, the same day of departure of the tenant, the deposit is returned by the owner, within a period not exceeding one week.
Insurance: The customer is responsible for all damages arising from his fault. He is invited to take out a standard insurance-villégiature contract for these various risks.
Animals: Dogs of 1st and 2nd category are forbidden in the campsite. Pets of -10kg are allowed in the rentals (maximum 1 with supplement). All animals must have up-to-date vaccination records. All dogs must be kept on a leash in the campsite. All the natural needs of your animals must be collected and disposed of in the garbage at the entrance of the campsite. Pets are not allowed in the pool.
It is forbidden to leave animals alone in the rentals.
Cancellation: the cancellation of a rental or a camping pitch can only be reported by registered letter, any other means of communication being excluded (telephone, e-mail, fax or simple letter). If you do not take out cancellation insurance and if the cancellation is notified more than 30 days before the arrival date, the campsite will refund the entire deposit, less a 15€ handling fee. In the case of a cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit remains at the campsite. We encourage you to take out the cancellation insurance we offer. The list of cancellation events is included in the contract that will be sent to you with your confirmation.
The cancellation insurance also covers the interruption of your stay
For the rental of the mobile homes the price includes: water, electricity and gas.
For the rent of the tents the price includes: electricity, gas and water available at the fountains and sanitary blocks.
Service offered for a fee: 2 washing machines (5€ per token) – 2 dryers (3€ per token) – small grocery, bar, restaurant, WIFI broadband.
Free access: Swimming pool – Playground for children according to opening hours. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm (closed at 8:00 pm from July 14 to August 31).
Rental of refrigerator: you have the possibility to rent a refrigerator on your pitch, in this case you will be asked for a deposit PLBS with your Credit card in the amount of 50 euros, this will be returned if the refrigerator is returned clean on your departure (defrosted and cleaned). In case of departure outside the opening hours of the campsite, the deposit will be returned after checking the condition of the refrigerator.
RULES OF PROCEDURE: FOR THE WELL-BEING OF ALL!
Traffic: The speed is limited to 10km/h. Parking is prohibited on roads. Your vehicle must be parked on your site even if the neighbouring site is unoccupied.
No vehicle can circulate between 23h00 and 07h00 except in case of emergency.
Hygiene: The elementary rules of hygiene must be respected in the toilets, and with the crockery. For household waste it is forbidden to throw your waste directly into the garbage, it must first be placed in the bags provided for this purpose. It is forbidden to put them in the sanitary bins, containers are at your disposal at the entrance of the campsite.
Safety: The campsite management declines all responsibility in the event of theft or accident inside the campsite.
Noise: Noisy activities are forbidden between 10 pm and 9 am except activities proposed by the campsite. A deposit of 200 euros can be requested when booking several pitches at the same period in order to compensate customers who complain about night nuisances.
Swimming pool: Follow pool rules. Only swimsuits are accepted at the pool, not shorts.
Visitors: No visitor can go on a site without the authorization of the reception. He will have to pay the visitor fee and respect the rules of the campsite. No visitors after 8:00. Visitors have no access to the aquatic area.
Children: They are placed under the exclusive custody of their parents, who are criminally and civilly responsible, in particular when they use the swimming pool and the games made available to them.
ANIMALS
Dogs of 1st and 2nd category are forbidden in the campsite. All animals must have up-to-date vaccination records. All dogs must be kept on a leash in the campsite. All the natural needs of your animals must be collected and disposed of in the garbage at the entrance of the campsite.
Camping on our campsite implies full acceptance of the rules. Any infringement of the present by-law will result in the expulsion of its author. In case of disputes, the courts of Périgueux shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
IMAGE RIGHTS
During your stay on our campsite, you may be photographed or filmed for the design and production of our communication tools, unless you inform the reception desk in writing as soon as you arrive, of your opposition to this practice.
